The person joining our Retention Team is someone business-oriented yet creative who can work in cross-functional teams and lead impactful projects.

What will be your challenge?
  1. Focus on the Active vertical of the customer lifecycle, while also working on cross-functional projects related to business strategy.
  2. Launch and optimize one-shot commercial campaigns focused on driving purchase conversion.
  3. Identify and understand the needs of different teams to create retention campaigns and communication journeys.
  4. Review and optimize current customer journey communications.
  5. Conduct A/B tests to gather insights on communications, segments, and triggers.
  6. Analyze results, identify trends, build hypotheses, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  7. Work in cross-functional teams.
What will make you succeed?
  • Previous experience in growth, retention, CRM, or working with databases.
  • Experience with CRM tools (we use Braze).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good level of English; most meetings are in English.
  • Love for data; ability to visualize data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
