The person joining our Retention Team is someone business-oriented yet creative who can work in cross-functional teams and lead impactful projects.

What will be your challenge?

  • Focus on the Active vertical of the customer lifecycle, while also working on cross-functional projects related to business strategy.
  • Launch and optimize one-shot commercial campaigns focused on driving purchase conversion.
  • Identify and understand the needs of different teams to create retention campaigns and communication journeys.
  • Review and optimize current customer journey communications.
  • Conduct A / B tests to gather insights on communications, segments, and triggers.
  • Analyze results, identify trends, build hypotheses, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Work in cross-functional teams.

What will make you succeed?

  • Previous experience in growth, retention, CRM, or working with databases.
  • Experience with CRM tools (we use Braze).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good level of English; most meetings are in English.
  • Love for data; ability to visualize data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
