Job summary

Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca seeks a dedicated shop assistant and warehouse helper for a permanent, on-site role. You will support daily store operations, assist customers on the sales floor, and maintain the backroom inventory.

This position requires at least one year of experience in customer service, retail sales, and warehouse tasks, with Catalan fluency valued. A Monday to Friday split schedule is offered with a gross salary of 1,500 EUR per month.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior experience in customer service, retail sales, and warehouse tasks.
• Fluency in Catalan is highly valued.
• Friendly, proactive personality with strong communication and service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, track store stock, and manage replenishment routines.
• Willingness to commit to a Monday–Friday split schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving customers on the sales floor and processing purchases.
• Unpacking incoming merchandise and replenishing shelves throughout the store.
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering products from the central warehouse when needed.
• Receiving goods, verifying deliveries, and organizing stock in storage.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized shop floor and warehouse environment.
