Job summary

Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca seeks a dedicated shop assistant and warehouse helper for a permanent, on-site role. You will support daily store operations, assist customers on the sales floor, and maintain the backroom inventory.

This position requires at least one year of experience in customer service, retail sales, and warehouse tasks, with Catalan fluency valued. A Monday to Friday split schedule is offered with a gross salary of 1,500 EUR per month.

In this versatile and active role, you will play an essential part in supporting everyday operations in the shop, ensuring customer satisfaction on the sales floor, and keeping the backroom organized.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving customers on the sales floor, providing helpful service and processing purchases.
• Unpacking incoming merchandise and carefully replenishing shelves throughout the store.
• Monitoring stock levels on display and ordering necessary products from the central distribution warehouse when supplies run low.
• Receiving goods, verifying incoming deliveries, and organizing stock efficiently in the storage area.
• Maintaining a tidy, clean, and organized shop floor and warehouse environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of prior experience in customer service, retail sales, and warehouse tasks.
• High level or full fluency in Catalan is strongly valued.
• A friendly, proactive personality with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, keep track of store stock, and handle replenishment routines systematically.
• Motivation to commit to a split working schedule from Monday to Friday.
