Bring innovation, demonstrate passion, and elevate communication with a start-up approach in the implementation of all Retail Training & Development projects, focusing on Customer Service and Product Knowledge. All activities are targeted at Retail staff to support the Training Manager.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Plan and organize employees' training & development projects, especially for Retail store staff:
  • Assess training needs;
  • Design and create new training content and materials in innovative, modern, and tailored ways, aligned with company strategy and goals, utilizing all available methods, tools, and channels;
  • Implement and facilitate the company's retail training app channels to enhance brand Product Knowledge, Customer Service, and brand awareness among staff, boosting training effectiveness and sales;
  • Focus on Product Knowledge and retail topics, including customer service, store KPIs, performance, team coaching, and development;
  • Organize training courses and workshops, coordinate with external training providers;
  • Monitor training effectiveness through surveys and ROI analysis methods.
  • Collaborate with the US Training team, product lines, departments, and local HR, Retail, and leadership teams across EU countries;
  • Coordinate with field Training Store Managers across Europe, managing store visits and coaching;
  • Conduct training store visits and facilitate sessions both in stores and at subsidiaries;
  • Organize cross-HR/Training processes such as performance assessments, Employer Branding projects, onboarding, and new manager training.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Training & Development, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Languages, etc.;
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
    • Knowledge of LMS and training tools like Articulate Rise is advantageous;
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; skills in graphic/video editing tools are a plus;
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience;
    • Excellent digital and social media skills;
    • Passion for the fashion industry;
    • Creative, innovative, proactive, and outgoing;
    • International experience is beneficial;
    • Experience in retail is a plus;
    • Open-mindedness towards multicultural environments;
    • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
    • Team player with multitasking abilities and adaptability to change;
