About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused, energetic, and style-savvy Retail Salesperson to be the face of S.Wear in our Barcelona store. This role is all about building genuine connections with customers, creating an engaging shopping experience, and embodying the values of sustainability, inclusivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience : Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, helping them find products that suit their needs.
2. Product Knowledge : Understand and communicate S.Wear’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and design, ensuring customers connect with our brand values.
3. Sales & Styling : Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer’s experience and increase sales.
4. Store Operations : Maintain store presentation, assist with restocking, and ensure the space reflects the clean, modern, and inviting S.Wear aesthetic.
5. Community Engagement : Be an ambassador for the brand, fostering relationships with customers and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store culture.
6. Cash Handling & POS : Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
