Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate in Madrid to deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will assist customers, answer questions about products, demonstrate options, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You'll help with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and cash handling. The role requires a flexible retail schedule and a minimum age of 16. Previous retail experience is welcome but not required.

Formación

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years of experience or less in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and helping customers find products.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; restock and retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by managing product flow and inventory processes.
