Columbia Sportswear Company in Madrid is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, demonstrate merchandise, and make compelling product recommendations while supporting the store leadership team.

You will perform cash register transactions, maintain store standards for merchandising and cleanliness, manage stock flow, and contribute to store profitability; no specific education required, 16+ years of age, and up to two years’ retail experience preferred.

Formación

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues; engage to understand needs and preferences.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from sales floor or stock room.
• Perform all cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming/outgoing product flow.
