Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate in Madrid to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find the right products. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions about features and availability, and provide compelling recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.

You will also support store operations including merchandising, stock handling, and accurate checkout processes, contributing to overall store profitability while maintaining brand standards

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a retail position.
• Ability to operate inventory and POS systems and related retail software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and assisting customers with product features and availability.
• Demonstrate and explain merchandise, make suitable recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; stock and retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Process all cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately.
