Columbia Sportswear Company seeks a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences through positive customer interaction. You will answer questions, make product recommendations, and support teamwork and store values.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, and accurate cash handling, while maintaining store standards and safety. This role requires 16+ years old and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule across locations.

Formación

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a retail role or similar.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions about product features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; restock as needed.
• Handle all cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment.
• Assist in product flow, receiving, replenishing, and processing stock efficiently.
