En este rol, serás responsable de atraer y contratar talento, mejorando iniciativas de adquisición y colaboración con gerentes de contratación. Formación

Mission :

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will attract and hire the best talent and shape strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support ENGIE's ambition to be the best energy transition utility. You will focus on talent acquisition excellence, employer branding, internal mobility, early career, and candidate and hiring managers' experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, acting as a TA consulting partner to the business.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, anticipation, and internal mobility.
  • Grant exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, from first interaction all the way through to onboarding to ensure a seamless process and high satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate to develop and execute effective employer branding initiatives to attract the best talent. Actively participate in talent-related events (summits, webinars, job fairs, etc.), acting as an ENGIE ambassador.
  • Implement Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives for hirings at all levels across the company.
  • Collaborate on international, cross-functional HR projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.

Key skills, knowledge, and abilities :

  • 5 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition team member in a challenging recruiting environment at multinational companies.
  • University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in effectively partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders, working on a variety of roles and levels.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using different channels, job boards, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and ongoing projects.
  • Customer focus, ability to work in a remote and matrix environment, accountability, and detailed orientation are key competencies.
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to bring insights from the external market and leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
