Job Description :
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing the e-commerce consulting offer and building relevant partnerships with main local and global e-commerce players for a client portfolio. They drive the growth of Havas e-commerce capability by developing the optimal marketing approach, providing retail insights/analysis, consulting on setting up Marketplaces, along with direct-to-consumer & drive-to-retail experiences for a client portfolio.
Mission & Responsibilities
  1. Embodies the e-commerce expertise for your client portfolio; prepares and presents e-commerce best practices and case studies.
  2. Champions Havas e-commerce offer – developing e-commerce experience beyond media, including retail support, insights, logistics, content, and innovation.
  3. Plays a key role in driving revenue growth.
  4. Works closely with data and strategy teams, as well as client leadership and specialists.
  5. Builds and manages relationships with relevant stakeholders and partners to ensure optimized and innovative e-commerce recommendations.
  6. Develops and presents client strategies to meet their e-commerce needs.
  7. Executes the e-commerce strategy by engaging the right resources or implementing the plan.
  8. Ensures and measures the success of e-commerce campaigns by determining key metrics, measurement processes, and optimization.
  9. Ensures client satisfaction and optimal delivery.
  10. Participates in new business pitches.
  11. Collaborates with specialists across Havas.
  12. Engages and leverages partners (vendors, content creators, logistics, media).
Previous Experience & Industry Background

8+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, retail, brand, or advertising.

Qualifications & Languages

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.

Languages: English (Advanced).

Soft Skills & Competencies

Understanding the business, taking initiative, focusing on performance, building collaborative relationships, marketing in a retail environment, pricing, inventory, category management, expertise in Amazon products and services, retail analytics, articulating e-commerce complexity, strong negotiation skills.

Technical Skills

E-retail tools, media planning tools, office software.
