What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Managing Director Iberia, you will be in charge of designing and implementing the Retail strategy for the Market, in line with the Maison’s vision and standards of excellence.

You will be responsible for the achievement of Business & Financial performance locally, through the roll-out of initiatives and the direct drive of Sales, in close collaboration with local Marketing & Communication Managers and Regional Retail & Supply teams.

You will also strongly contribute to the strategic opening of the upcoming Iberia flagship in Madrid.

In this function, your main responsibilities will cover four main areas:

  1. Team management: build, coach & develop a team of experts on Retail functions for the market, as well as directly manage the Boutique teams locally.
  2. Business & Sales: read & understand your market business environment to build a sales vision locally (budgets, yearly plans, network, risks & opportunities); support the Boutiques and provide them with the means needed to drive & maximize sales (tools, organization, resources, KPIs analysis, best practices).
  3. Retail functions management: appreciate the contribution of Retail functions to the Maison’s strategy, express boutiques’ needs & identify initiatives to support their roll-out & development, create synergies among Retail functions to answer business needs.
  4. High-Jewelry clients & Team development: define & implement client and team strategy for HJ in close collaboration with Marketing, develop knowledge of VIP clients & perform the right arbitrages in clients’ issues to support the Maison’s strategy, ensure clients’ satisfaction while always being a strong Ambassador of the Maison.
