Formación

Descripción del empleo

  • Coordinate and manage internal follow-up processes of University’s Programs.
  • Coordinate the collection of information (reports, surveys, data, etc.) required by the University’s Internal Quality Assurance System.
  • Manage the documentation submission to official bodies (Junta de Castilla y León, Community of Madrid, Ministry of Education, ACSUCYL, etc.), as well as other information required at different times of the academic year.
  • Design, develop and update other documents in English and / or Spanish related to the Vice-rectorate needs.
  • Assist the Vice-rector for Academic Affairs and the Director of Quality and Accreditation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Teamworking, customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish regarding administrative and legal documents.
  • Experience in project management and document management related to Public Administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis systems.
