International retail distribution group, currently in expansion phase, is looking for a District Manager for Spain.

  • Drive profitable sales and business performance by meeting or exceeding established objectives in sales, KPIs, expenses, and overall profit.
  • Develop and execute plans that enable store teams to focus on creating engagement, empowering Store Managers to recognize and align on a selling strategy that supports individual store and market needs.
  • Build a strong, high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, providing appropriate feedback, recognition, coaching, and development of team members.
  • Monitor each store’s P&L reports, recommending and implementing action plans.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service, leveraging extensive knowledge of the off-price model to maintain consistent service levels across the region.
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners.
  • Foster an organizational culture based on the company’s values, creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Ensure all projects are executed profitably and in compliance with standardized business practices. Establish the brand and develop customer awareness in the region.
  • Requirements :
  • Proven senior-level experience in retail management.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Skilled in planning and setting priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a determination to achieve goals
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English (B2 / C1 level).
  • Valid driver’s license.
