The role involves managing KPIs, producing analytical reports, and ensuring alignment between HR, finance, and business partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a background in finance, alongside strong teamwork and analytical skills.

As a Retail Controller, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our Finance Department and driving it to new heights.

What Will You Do?

• Manage and control retail KPIs and sales in the different channels.
• Produce reports to business and finance partners.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide assistance in strategic decision-making.
• Support Business Plans simulations and CARs (Capital Request) preparations.
• Manage different levels of targets (financial, commercial, bonus) and ensure alignment of HR, finance, and business partners.
• Share follow-up file to POS (CIDITIs) including daily targets and actual figures (1 file per quarter).

Minimum Requirements :
