A leading company in the retail sector seeks a Retail Controller to enhance the Finance Department. The role involves managing KPIs, producing analytical reports, and ensuring alignment between HR, finance, and business partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a background in finance, alongside strong teamwork and analytical skills.

Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior level.

As a Retail Controller, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our Finance Department and driving it to new heights.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage and control retail KPIs and sales in the different channels.
  • Produce reports to business and finance partners.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide assistance in strategic decision-making.
  • Support Business Plans simulations and CARs (Capital Request) preparations.
  • Manage different levels of targets (financial, commercial, bonus) and ensure alignment of HR, finance, and business partners.
  • Share follow-up file to POS (CIDITIs) including daily targets and actual figures (1 file per quarter).
