Overview

As Retail Consultant, you represent our desire to connect, listen and guide customers to the products that are important to them. You will welcome customers to the store and, through intentional interactions, deepen how they experience our products. By demonstrating products that suit the customers’ needs, you will offer an inclusive and exceptional customer experience that contributes to our overall business success.

Responsibilities

This is a seasonal full-time position with in-person work and 40 hours per week.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working in a customer-facing role or service position
• Effective selling skills and ability to drive business results
• Track record of successful collaboration in teams
• Demonstrated empathy in managing interpersonal relationships and contributing to a positive, inclusive experience for all
• Open mindset with deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and act across diverse perspectives
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Practical knowledge of skincare and the skincare industry (beneficial)
• Knowing about hair care, body care, fragrances, and home categories (beneficial)
