Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 2 years or less of experience in a similar position.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems and other retail software tools.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions or issues about product features, benefits and availability.
• Demonstrate and explain merchandise and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain store visuals, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges and loyalty program connections.
• Assist with receiving, stocking and processing product flow to support store profitability.
