Retail Architect - Design and Project Management Spain (m / f / d)

Location : Spain / Barcelona

Responsibilities include :

• Implementing store design concepts across Spain by coordinating between corporate architecture, VM, procurement, external suppliers, retailers, and sales and marketing teams.
• Creating designs, floor plans, 3D renders, and construction drawings using Vectorworks for retail, fairs, and corporate environments, adhering to brand guidelines. Preparing print files for graphic packages and presentation packs for approvals.
• Managing regional retail installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Raising purchase orders and tracking project budgets.
• Collaborating with marketing to align store designs with commercial and brand objectives.
• Liaising with retailers for design sign-offs and adapting designs to store guidelines as needed.
• Conducting site surveys across Spain to initiate projects.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of retail POS toolboxes and VM guidelines.
• Supporting new product launches in existing stores using global VM and architecture standards tailored to local markets.
• Visiting stores to maintain store performance and suggest improvements, acting as the local representative of the corporate architecture team.
• Developing and executing trade fair setups in coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications :

• Experience in implementing retail store projects.
• Proficiency in creating designs, floor plans, 3D renders, and construction drawings with Vectorworks.
• Fluent in Spanish and Business English.
• Knowledge of retail processes and operating standards, with a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
• Positive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mentality.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
