The Opportunity

At Puig, we are passionate about delivering an exceptional consumer experience at every retail touchpoint. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class executionalong the entire consumer journey. You will lead the definition and implementation of the Retail Experience strategy — across channels, categories, customers, and brands — both for permanent and temporary visibility, online and offline, to drive conversion and strengthen brand equity, in full alignment with our Marketing and Retail strategies.

What you'll get to do
  • Translate the brand strategy into impactful trade marketing plans that drive visibility, brand awareness, and sell-out across channels and customers: ideation, planning, negotiation, and budget ownership.
  • Define and implement the Retail Plan to ensure visibility objectives: permanent (SOS), temporary (Promo Pressure), optimal location in-store, and brand differentiation (POD) across key POS.
  • Lead the omnichannel strategy for assigned accounts, in close collaboration with E-commerce, Key Account Managers, and Marketing teams.
  • Set Retail Excellence standards by door and retailer, aligned with Marketing and Sales, and lead their implementation through strong negotiation and follow-up.
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities along the consumer path to purchase, ensuring a consistent and premium retail execution.
  • Optimize Below-the-Line (BTL) investment allocation by customer, ensuring efficiency and maximizing ROI of promotional and capex spend in line with Puig’s strategy.
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • +3years of previous experience working on permanent and temporary retail activations, ideally within a related category.
  • Experience in the creation and follow-up of omnichannel trade plans.
  • Hold a University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or International Trade.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
