Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and support the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality by adhering to established standards and procedures
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience
  • Implement and enforce safety and security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and service processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and health codes
