About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our esteemed restaurant in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, capable of driving both excellent service standards and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage all restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
  2. Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve exceptional service standards.
  3. Oversee financial performance, including managing budgets, P&L, and cost control.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  5. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.

Ideal Candidate :

  1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in managing financials, including budgets and P&L.
