Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Supply chain management and your experience in materials planning, inventory accuracy, and warehouse management in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll r work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will define the supplier's strategy and panel, issuing the necessary purchase orders to ensure the supply of materials to projects, meeting quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Comercial, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance), provide full tracking from order shipment, acknowledgment of receipt, date confirmations, to proper reception of the material and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the communication between Suppliers and Internal Customers, to have the informationupdated and/or confirm production plans as material deliveries are confirmed, but also prepare the budgets for the department.
We’ll look to you for:
Supplier panel management and development.
Management of intellectual property agreements with key suppliers.
Manage the quotations and price catalogs.
Management and anticipation of missing parts.
Ensure supplier compliance with Quality, Cost, and Time (QCD) standards, as well as Alstom Transport policies, regulations, procedures, and requirements.
Management of Non-Conformities (NCE) and claims for Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ).
Management of Delay Penalties and Claims and material planning
Management of logistics activities: Receiving materials, i nventory accuracy, reverse logistics flows with suppliers (repair flow), preparation and planning of logistics kits and management of deliveries to customers.

Academic background: Technical Engineering or University degree in Engineering or related.
Intermediate English level.
Knowledge and experience working with SAP.
Experience of 3 years in similar positions.
Desirable knowledge of customs.
