¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?- Lead the Tourist Trains Department of the Company.
- Design and develop tourist transportation products via rail on the General Interest Railway Network (ADIF).
- Manage advertising campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Department to position our products effectively.
- Enhance and manage agreements with various administrations and collaborating entities.
- Develop and manage commercial agreements with tour operators or similar (B2B market). Oversee sales channels to ensure the commercial success of operations.
- Manage the assigned budget, ensuring objectives and expected results are met.
- Coordinate technical and human resources with Operations and Maintenance to ensure proper operation.
- Manage the technical and human teams under your charge.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?We seek an organized individual who is team-oriented and problem-solving.
- Higher education degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Tourism, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1).
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS365 and Google Suite.
