Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Albacete is seeking an Occupational Health Physician to provide guidance, medical surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments.

You will collaborate on emergency services, promote workplace health, and support colleagues across the organization. A Medical Degree with Occupational Medicine specialization and English at least B2 are required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Education: Medical Degree with a specialization in Occupational Medicine.
• Experience: Open to recent graduates.
• Languages: Minimum B2 level in English.
• Desirable: Proficiency in office software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance, advice, and support to employers and employees.
• Identify, assess, and refer vulnerable individuals to specialists when necessary; lead or participate in actions with specialists.
• Conduct medical surveillance and ensure data traceability to prevent occupational diseases and aid job retention.
• Issue fitness-for-work recommendations based on job profile and health status.
• Collaborate in emergency and first aid services; support workplace health promotion activities.
