Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Albacete, Spain is seeking an Occupational Health Physician. The role involves guiding and supporting employers and employees, conducting medical surveillance, and issuing fitness-for-work recommendations based on health assessments.

Candidates should hold a Medical Degree with specialization in Occupational Medicine; English at least B2; and, ideally, proficiency in office software.

• Education: Medical Degree with a specialization in Occupational Medicine.
• Experience: Open to recent graduates.
• Languages: Minimum B2 level in English.
• Desirable: Proficiency in office software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance, advice and support to employers and employees.
• Identify, assess, and refer vulnerable individuals to appropriate specialists; propose or lead actions in collaboration with specialists.
• Conduct medical surveillance and ensure data traceability to prevent occupational diseases and aid job retention.
• Issue fitness-for-work recommendations based on job profile and health status.
• Collaborate in organizing/providing emergency and first aid services.
• Support health promotion activities in the workplace.

An opportunity for an Occupational Health Physician has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Albacete.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide guidance, advice, and support to employers and employees. Identify, assess, and refer vulnerable individuals or groups to the appropriate specialists when deemed necessary, as well as propose, lead, or participate in actions/projects in collaboration and consultation with said specialists. Conduct appropriate medical surveillance and ensure data traceability based on the job profile and risk exposure, in order to prevent occupational diseases and facilitate job retention. Issue fitness-for-work recommendations based on the job profile and the employee's health status. Collaborate in the organization and/or provision of emergency and first aid services. Support company-driven health promotion activities in the workplace.

SKILLS
