Embark on a thrilling journey with Hyatt and gain hands-on experience in some of the most dynamic departments in the hospitality industry.

The pace of the program, which sets a challenging schedule for each Trainee, is based on two phases:

1. Exposure in various departments of the F&B Division.
2. An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest.

The training includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the Trainee to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments. The length of the program is 9-12 months.

What We’re Looking For :

• Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time paid Management Internship. Your schedule will be based on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).
• Housing: Please note that housing is not included.
• Work Authorization: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or UE.
• Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the Internship start.
• Language Skills: Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role.
