Job Title: Director of Marketing and Public Relations

We are seeking a professional in Marketing and Public Relations to lead our company's Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be committed to the company's objectives and responsible for planning and organizing campaigns, as well as developing long-term marketing strategies for growth. Support will be provided for campaign measurement and analysis by the marketing assistant. Additionally, this role will serve as a key contact for management, requiring a resolutive individual experienced in team and personnel management.

  1. Coordinate the activities of the Marketing department.
  2. Manage public relations with support from management.
  3. Communicate and coordinate actions across departments.
  4. Possess knowledge in personnel management.
  5. Apply marketing analysis techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, etc.).
  6. Organize promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital, and attend them to ensure success.
  7. Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
  8. Write and publish online content on the company's website and social media accounts.
  9. Develop content for online and offline campaigns.
  10. Create marketing plans and analyze their effectiveness.
  11. Minimum of 10 years experience in a Marketing department.
  12. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  13. Team management experience.
  14. Responsible and well-organized individual.
  15. Studies in Marketing and Communication.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Extensive knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, online marketing tools, CRM software, online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
Conditions:
  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Additional benefits: Working hours from 9:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00 to 15:00 on Fridays.
