Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized work procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams, including engineering, production, quality, and management, to drive process changes.
• Create detailed documentation for process designs, improvements, and training materials.
• Monitor the performance of implemented processes and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on process analysis findings, project progress, and achieved benefits.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to process optimization.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
• Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean and/or Six Sigma projects resulting in measurable improvements.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Experience with simulation software is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects, and drive results in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and comfortable with a fully remote working arrangement.
