• 5+ years of experience in automation, preferably in machine tools or tooling.

Despite being part of a vast global organization, the company remains customer-focused with a dynamic and evolving product portfolio. While manufacturing is not part of this role, you’ll have a dedicated local engineering team for technical support.

What We're Looking For :

• A strong leader with a sales-driven mindset
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Barcelona area
• 5+ years of experience in automation (preferably machine tools, tooling, or automation solutions)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
