Formación

Commercial Assistant & Sales Support

My client is a French start-up aiming to become a leader in the online gaming industry, specializing in poker and e-sports. They are currently developing an educational website for poker (SAAS). About to launch their product to market and begin their marketing roadmap now is an exciting time to join them on this journey.

Are you passionate about Poker, have worked in the industry or play yourself and speak business level English? We're looking for someone who is using new platforms such as Twitch, Tik Tok, Youtube, Snapchat and targeting a young audience to help build my client's online presence.

Job Description:
As the Commercial Assistant and Sales Support, you will be the sole person dedicated to their commercial operations. You will work directly with the CEO to manage customer relationships and with the Digital marketer, handle sales inquiries and support all commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Constantly optimize the funnels on their website.
2. Follow website statistics to improve leads to sales conversion.
3. Operate daily commercial operations and administrative tasks.
4. Manage customer relationships and communications.
5. Prepare and manage documentation, proposals and contracts.
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls and appointments.
7. Handle customer digital inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
8. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
9. Prepare sales reports and conduct sales analysis.
10. Implement and follow up on marketing and sales campaigns (with the Digital Marketer).
11. Manage logistics for events, meetings and presentations.
12. Establish and manage partnerships.
13. Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in commercial activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
8. Knowledge of the online poker industry and culture.

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
2. Familiarity with digital marketing (influencers).
3. Commercial skills in B2C, B2B and B2B2C.

Salary: up to €35,000pa & variable & Bonus working on a hybrid model in Malaga City.
