Qualifications

• Solid experience in marketing, project management, or commercial roles within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Care ecosystem in Spain.
• Experience in managing strategic projects and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with scientific societies and healthcare networks is highly valuable.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to execution.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• High stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Market Insight & Strategic Contribution: Develop deep understanding of Primary Care landscape and translate insights into value-driven initiatives.
• Strategic Project Ownership: Own high-impact educational and customer-focused initiatives addressing unmet needs in Asthma and COPD.
• Scientific Societies Engagement: Design and execute engagement plans with Primary Care societies (e.g., SEMFYC, SEMERGEN, SEMG, GRAP).
• Cross-Functional Franchise Leadership: Lead as Primary Care voice within respiratory franchise and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Digital and Comex.
