Descripción del empleo

Key Responsibilities: As part of the regional P&C Resourcing team, this role will be responsible for managing the recruitment processes of the retail management collective of Spain and Portugal, collaborate in global talent projects, as well as support in new store openings recruitment activities.

  1. Recruitment:
    • Manage full system (ATS, HCM) and admin activities to complete the recruitment cycle.
    • Use all direct search and job boards tools available to guarantee the talent pool maximization.
    • Lead and/or coordinate end to end candidate evaluation for Retail Management positions. Assessment, interviews and administrative activities related.
    • Work closely with external recruitment agencies to optimise their performance and contribution.
  1. Center of Excellence:
    • Actively collaborate in all global and local talent initiatives and projects.
    • Work on employer branding initiatives to boost Primark brand positioning.
  1. New Store Openings
    • Coordinate and manage all new store opening recruitment stages
      • Retail Management and Specialists
      • Bulk recruitment (Retail Assistants)
      • Internal candidates management and communication
    • Liaise with relevant transversal departments to guarantee alignment on P&C critical path
  1. People and Culture general support:
    • Collaborate effectively with wider P&C community
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Experience in Recruitment activities: interviews, assessment centers, and other methodologies in competency based processes.
  • Experience in a dynamic corporate recruitment department will be valuable.
  • Attention to detail and planning skills.
  • Highly resilient.
  • Relationship building & customer focused.
  • Good communication and influence skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Offer solutions that meet business needs, with a proper planning and organizing beforehand.

  • High English level, at least C1.
