Property Lister / Captador (Procurement of Listings)

Office Position in Sotogrande + Necessary to Meet Owners & List Properties (Sotogrande to Marbella)

Full-Time | Salary + Bonus | Permanent Contract

Golden Properties is a leading real estate agency on the Costa del Sol. We are currently seeking a proactive and well-presented Property Lister (Captador) with a positive attitude, willingness to actively procure properties to market, as well as passion for real estate.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong, personal portfolio of listings and establish a lasting career in real estate.

It is necessary to be actively procure listings and opportunities, as well as selling our real estate company to owners, so we can market their properties and increase our portfolio.

The position is based in Sotogrande but involves active fieldwork across our core areas from Marbella to Sotogrande.

Sales skills are essential for the role of Property Lister, in the sense that one must sell oneself and our services to owners. However, it is not a standard real estate agent position to sell properties to prospective buyers.

What we offer :

Your responsibilities :

• Procuring listings within our area (Elviria to Alcaidesa) through CRM use, contacting owners, networking, etc.
• Promoting and selling our real estate services to owners, as well as securing exclusivity when possible
• Taking high-quality photos and videos of properties (training provided; editing handled by marketing team)
• Ensuring all necessary documentation is collected for listings (necessary to have knowledge of all standard and necessary documents).
• Collaborating with our sales and admin teams to maintain high standards in property presentation

Key requirements :

• Professionalism, presence & sales : The role requires to actively contact owners, as well as selling yourself and our company. This requires a pro-active attitude and the ability to generate trust and sell our company.
• Experience in real estate or transferable skills from related sectors (sales or senior positions requiring involvement with clients and owners).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle – it is necessary to work from our office in Sotogrande, but this is e ssential due to field-based nature of the role (meeting owners, seeing properties, taking pictures, etc.).
• Fluent English & Spanish are essential (spoken and written) – both are used daily in client communications, especially in Sotogrande and Costa del Sol, where 1 / 2 of owners tend to be international. Additional languages are valued.
• Knowledge of the area : It is essential to be familiar with Costa del Sol, including all neighbourhoods and the local real estate sector.
• Media : Ability to take professional-quality photos and videos. We can provide training, in addition to support with media editing (we have an admin and marketing team).
• High level of organisation and attention to detail – listings must be complete before publication
