As a Booking Agent (M / F), you will report to the Supervisor of the Central Reservation Office of Minor Hotels in Madrid. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with reservation services across various channels, from the reservation request to confirmation, and providing information about hotels, products, and services offered. You will also carry out up-selling and cross-selling actions to increase revenue and exceed customer expectations, guaranteeing excellent service.

Requirements include :

• Flexibility, proactivity, and a goal-oriented mindset;
• Schedule flexibility;
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (preferential);
• Sales skills (experience in reservation management or commercial areas valued);
• Customer service experience (preferential);
• Knowledge of Italian (mandatory);
• Availability for full-time, face-to-face work;
• Ability to integrate into a dynamic team focused on excellence in service.
