Role and Responsibilities

As a Booking Agent (M / F), reporting to the Supervisor of the Central Reservation Office in Madrid, you will ensure reservation service compliance across various channels, from request to confirmation. You will provide information about hotels, products, and services, and actively contribute to revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling, exceeding customer expectations with excellent service.

Candidate Requirements

• Flexibility, proactivity, and goal-oriented mindset
• Schedule flexibility
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (preferred)
• Sales experience (reservation management or commercial areas preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of Italian is mandatory
• Availability for full-time face-to-face work
