Job summary

Hubexo is a leading provider of SMART data solutions for the construction industry, seeking a detail-oriented verifier to confirm Swiss project data by phone and email.

You will contact architects, investors, project offices, contractors, and other stakeholders, gathering status and timelines, and entering data into the internal RSM system. This hybrid role supports Vigo office with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to obtain and verify information from various project roles (Architect, Builder, General Contractor, Project Manager).
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Experience in call centers, administration, or research is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Verifying construction project information in Switzerland via phone and email.
• Contacting architects, investors, project offices, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Gathering information about project status, timeline, contacts, and involved companies.
• Entering collected data into the internal RSM system.
• Updating project status regularly based on available information.
• Cooperating with the team to improve data quality.
