ERNI is searching for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our global software delivery platform into new markets. At ERNI, we believe in the impact of Swiss Software Engineering to create significant customer value.
We are building a global software delivery platform that embodies a Swiss mindset while being tailored to the needs of local customers. Our clients benefit from method-based consulting services, partnership-oriented technology, and cost-conscious delivery solutions. Since the foundation in Switzerland in 1994, sharing knowledge to establish collective skills and focusing on economically sound engineering solutions have been key to our success in delivering software projects.
Today, the ERNI Group has over 800 employees across 18 locations in 8 countries and continues to grow. Our growing team is engaged in projects for clients in Switzerland, Germany, the US, Asia Pacific, and selected new markets.
We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor's appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.
Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, but we love seeing each other's faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
And the salary?
We will discuss it during the first call. If it is important to you, feel free to ask!
