Job summary

Hubexo is expanding its international team and seeks a detail‑oriented verifier to check construction project data in Switzerland. You will contact architects, investors, and contractors by phone and email, gather status updates, and input information into the internal system.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and accuracy with construction terminology as a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to obtain and verify information from various project roles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Experience in call centers, administration, or research is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Verifying construction project information in Switzerland via phone and email.
• Contacting architects, investors, project offices, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Gathering information about project status, timeline, contacts, and involved companies.
• Entering collected data into the internal RSM system.
• Updating project status regularly based on available information.
• Cooperating with the team to improve data quality.
