Job Description:

The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute in Barcelona, Spain, with over 400 scientists from 44 countries. About the lab: The Ruprecht lab investigates the molecular and biophysical mechanics of cell and tissue morphodynamics in development and disease, using interdisciplinary approaches combining physics and biology to develop quantitative methods and models.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience: Several years in cell culture, molecular biology, fluorescence microscopy, working with mammalian cells, 2D/3D assays, and animal experimentation.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience with cancer stem cells, gene editing, microfluidics, or microengineering.
  • Education: PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, or related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Skills: Highly motivated, responsible, organized, problem-solver, collaborative.
