Position

The research technician will work on the project “GASCONTROL”. This position is suitable for candidates interested in climate change, sustainability, environmental impact, and greenhouse gas emissions. Tasks include:

• Designing measuring devices using sensors with remote reading and real-time graphical data visualization via Ethernet network;
• Simulating greenhouse gas emissions from materials and products.

This project is financed by ACCIÓ, Generalitat de Catalunya.

Requirements

Experience and knowledge:

• Graduated in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering;
• Master's in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Bioinformatics;
• Experience in embedded system design, signal processing, and data analysis;
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Matlab, C/C++);
• Good level of English.

Additional skills:

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
