PURPOSE OF CONTRACT: Hiring of a Research support technician Collaborator on activities related to the project/agreement stated.

JOB LOCATION AND SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 17:30, at the CICA

a) Tasks to be performed

The tasks to be carried out will focus on supporting the principal investigator in the preparation of carbon nanostructures and graphene transistors with biomolecules.

b) Duration of the contract:

The contract is indefinite, but its duration is estimated at 16 months until the end of the funds allocated for project personnel.

• Master's Degree in Chemical Research and Industrial Chemistry
• Demonstrable use of Spanish.

Additional Information

Eligibility criteria

• Academic record of a Bachelor's Degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. Maximum 25 points.
• Academic record of the Master's Degree in Chemical Research and Industrial Chemistry. Maximum 25 points.
• External internships in research centres will be assessed. 15 points will be awarded for a full month of internship. For shorter periods, the score will be assigned proportionally for full weeks.
• Knowledge of English: Up to 10 points. C1 or higher: 10 points. B2 or equivalent: 5 points. B1 or equivalent: 3 points.
• Personal interview. Maximum 25 points. The interview will only be carried out with the two people with the highest score, who exceed a minimum of 50 points in the previous sections. The interview will be face-to-face or online if requested by the candidate.
• Candidates will be summoned for the interview at least 48 hours in advance. Minimum grade to be a beneficiary of the contract, 70 points.
• The position may be vacated if there is no candidate with a score of more than 70 points.
• A waiting list will be created with those candidates who have achieved the minimum score of 60 points, without considering the personal interview.
