Una institución académica de renombre busca un investigador en física para participar en el emocionante proyecto de preparación del primer experimento R3B. Formación

Job title: Preparation of the first R3B experiment to study unbound states of 23,24O

Research line / Scientific-technical services: Analysis of nuclear physics experiments

Job Location and Schedule: CITENI, Monday to Friday from 9h30 to 13h30 and from 15h30 to 18h30.

Tasks to be performed:

The tasks of support to be carried out will focus on the preparation of the first R3B experiment for the study of unbound states of 23O and 24O.

Duration of the contract: The contract is fixed term.

  • Academic qualification: Degree in Physics.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience in data analysis with ROOT, C++ and the R3BRoot software. 10 points per quarter of experience, with a maximum of 30 points.
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis of nuclear physics experiments. 10 points per quarter, with a maximum of 30 points.
  • Demonstrated experience in research with scintillator detectors for the detection of protons. 5 points per quarter, with a maximum of 20 points.
  • Have completed a university master's degree in physics, preferably nuclear and particle physics. 1 point for each 25 hours, maximum of 20 points.

The minimum grade required to form part of the waiting list is 60 points.
