Offer Description :

Tasks to be carried out :

  • Biological processing, analysis, and interpretation of sediment samples.
  • Characterisation of fossil organisms using different instrumental techniques.

Contract Duration : The duration of the contract will be 7.5 months.

The call may be declared void if candidates do not achieve a minimum score of 40 points in the selection criteria detailed in Blocks 1 and 2. The minimum score to be part of the waiting list will be 60 points.

Selection Criteria :

  • Academic record (maximum 20 points). In the case of having other degrees, the score will be balanced according to the number of credits of each degree as follows :
  • NT1 + CT2 / (CT1 + CT2); where CT is the number of credits of the degree and NT is the record of the degree.
  • Training in ecology (maximum 10 points; 1 point / 10 hours of training).
  • Training in science communication (maximum 5 points; 1 point / 10 hours of training).

Block 2 - Experience :

  • Scientific publications (maximum 5 points; 1 point / congress).

Block 3 - Personal Interview :

  • A personal interview will be arranged with candidates who achieve a minimum score of 60 points in blocks 1 and 2 (maximum 20 points).
