ACADEMIC DEGREE

Official Master's degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent MECES 3 qualification) in the field of law. (Justification must be provided with the application).

FUNCTIONS

• Legal advice on the use of health data
• Drafting and review of legal documents
• Data governance management
• Supervision of regulatory compliance
• Implement and oversee legal measures related to data privacy and security, such as anonymisation, pseudonymisation, and consent management processes.
• Represent the project on privacy-related issues before regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
• Provide legal support in the creation of health data exploitation models that drive innovation and competitiveness.
• Interaction with stakeholders and regulators, acting as a legal point of contact between the project and regulators, healthcare institutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Participation in meetings and committees to ensure the legal alignment of the project with national and European standards.
• Documentary and bibliographic research.
• Support for the research carried out by the project researchers.
• Management and custody of the documentary archive.

Additional Information

ANNUAL GROSS SALARY: 29.984,10 € without prejudice to the basic up

Selection process

STAGES (2):
