A leading research group at the Autonomous University of Madrid offers a full-time temporary position for a Researcher in their Waste To Value project. The role involves conducting experiments on biomass residues and biogas production, requiring a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in relevant fields. Candidates will gain experience in analytical methods and contribute to the regional project with opportunities for future research.

Formación

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or Biology.
• Master’s Degree required.
• Experience in subject matter of the project.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tests of hydrothermal carbonization of biomass residues.
• Oversee biological processes for biogas production.
• Set up and maintain analytical equipment.
• Prepare reports, presentations and manuscripts.

Offer Description

• Tests of hydrothermal carbonization of biomass residues
• Biological processes for the production of biogas and value-added products.
• Set-up and maintenance of analytical equipment.
• Preparation of reports, presentations and manuscript writing.

These functions are limited to the regional project with reference : TEC-2024 / BIO-177 - W2V-UAM.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or Biology.
• Master’s Degree.

Specific Requirements

• Experience in aspects related to the subject matter of the project.
• Knowledge in chemical analysis and instrumental techniques
