Research Project Manager at Savana

Savana is seeking a Research Project Manager to play a key role in our expanding company, serving Spanish, English, German, and French-speaking markets. Based remotely in Spain, the successful candidate will participate in our global expansion efforts and support our operations in Spain.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring project completion on budget, schedule, and scope.
  2. Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Serving as the key contact for client management and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Managing project deliverables, resources, and availability across different phases.
  5. Participating in information security management, adhering to policies, reporting incidents, and maintaining data confidentiality.
  6. Ensuring compliance with Savana’s Quality Management System, participating in training, and supporting SOPs and CAPAs.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a CRO or biopharmaceutical company.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical or life sciences (medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of ICH, GPP, GCP guidelines, and country regulations.
  • Experience with non-interventional studies/pharmacoepidemiology is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, operational management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
