Formación

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a CRO or biopharmaceutical company.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of ICH, GPP, GCP guidelines, and country regulations.
• Experience with non-interventional or pharmacoepidemiologic studies is a plus.

Research Project Manager at Savana

Savana seeks a Research Project Manager to play a key role in our expanding company, serving Spanish, English, German, and French markets. Based remotely in Spain, this role involves expanding Savana's global reach and supporting our home market, Spain.

Major Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring project completion within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Assessing project deviations, identifying causes, and escalating issues for corrective action.
• Serving as the key client management contact.
• Maintaining efficient communication, preparing status reports, organizing meetings, and escalating issues as needed.
• Managing project deliverables and resources across different phases.

Information Security Management System Responsibilities:

• Adhere to security policies and procedures.
• Participate in security training to stay updated.
• Report security incidents promptly.
• Maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and availability through best practices.

Quality Management System Responsibilities:

• Follow Savana’s QMS policies and applicable regulations.
• Participate in training and report deviations.
• Collaborate with the Quality Team on CAPA, deviations, and audits.
• Maintain SOPs and AMs related to team activities.
• Follow policies for vendor selection and oversight.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a CRO or biopharmaceutical company.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical or life sciences.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of ICH, GPP, GCP guidelines, and country regulations.
• Experience with non-interventional or pharmacoepidemiologic studies is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong operational management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
