Cima Universidad de Navarra busca un investigador joven para participar en un proyecto internacional enfocado en la inmunoterapia en cáncer. Se ofrece un contrato a tiempo completo de un año, con posibilidad de extensión, en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico. Se requiere un máster en Ciencias Biomédicas y un nivel B2 de inglés.

Servicios

Entrenamiento práctico en modelos de cáncer.

Posibilidad de extender la estancia para completar tesis doctoral.

Formación

• Máster en Ciencias Biomédicas, Bioquímica, o campos relacionados.
• Experiencia previa en investigación en biología del cáncer valorada.
• Acreditación para trabajar con animales experimentales valorada.

Responsabilidades

• Participar en el proyecto de inmunoterapia dirigido en tumores sólidos.
• Colaborar en el equipo de Oncología Traslacional.

Cima Universidad de Navarra is a biomedical research institute of the University of Navarra, located in Pamplona, Spain. Cima's research in cellular and molecular biology, disease models, and innovative technologies has a deep translational patient orientation and aims to address unmet medical needs.

Funciones:

We are searching for a young researcher to participate in the project “From Understanding Complement Activation to Personalizing Complement-Mediated Therapies in Cancer” funded by EPP PerMed JTC 2024 “PMTargets”, focused on complement-targeted immunotherapy in solid tumors.

We are seeking a highly motivated research assistant or graduate-level scientist to join this collaborative European project under the supervision of Prof. Ruben Pio in the Translational Oncology group (https://cima.cun.es/investigacion/programas-investigacion/programa-tumores-solidos/grupo-investigacion-oncologia-traslacional).

Requisitos:

• Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• A minimum level of B2 English.
• Previous research experience in cancer biology will be valued.
• Possession of accreditation to work with experimental animals will be valued.
