Une organisation de recherche de premier plan à Salamanca cherche à recruter un infirmier de recherche pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce poste implique des responsabilités clés dans la prise en charge de patients impliqués dans des essais cliniques, đặc biệt dans le cadre de la thérapie CART. Le candidat idéal doit être titulaire d'un diplôme en soins infirmiers et avoir une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais.

Offer Description

To initiate the selection process for the recruitment of 1 Research Nurse. inaccordancewiththecriteria,requirements and selection system established in the attached Annex.

A person is required to carry out nursing duties in clinical trials such as:
- Performing nursing care for patients undergoing CART therapy and ambulatory lifodepletion.
- Coordination of visits of patients who have undergone CART therapy and review of results. Coordinate joint patient follow-up with the reference centre.
- Coordinate the care of patients included in the outpatient lymphodepletion programme.
- Support the CART nurse coordinator in the care of patients who are going to undergo CART therapy.
- Drawing blood for local and external analysis.
- Performing electrocardiograms or other tests following the protocol visit schedule or associated studies.
- Familiarise in detail with clinical trial protocols and post-CART patient studies.
- Support the nursing team in the attention, care and treatment administration of patients seen in the Clinical Trials Unit.
- Administration of experimental and non-experimental treatments.
- Coordination and support in the performance of bone marrow aspirates when required.
- Maintaining the documentation system established in the haematology department in accordance with Jacie quality standards in the care of patients undergoing CART therapy.
- Carrying out training in Good Clinical Practices.

Specific Requirements

1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with aresidence and work permit in Spain.
2. Be in possession of at least a degree in Bachelor degree in nursing.

Additional Information

- Type of contract:
Indefinite contract, scientific-technical activities (art 23. Bis of Law 14/2011 LCTI).
Flexible working hours according to need.
Full time: 35 hours.
- Financial remuneration:
€2,509.06 gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.
- Research project:
Haematology Clinical Trials Unit.
- Work centre:
Hospital Universitario de Salamanca- Unidad de Ensayos Clínicos de Hematología.

Eligibility criteria

1. Curricular assessment of merits and skills (0-27 points)
Person to carry out the functions derived from the care of patients who are candidates for or have undergone CART therapy
a) Curriculum and specific training (good clinical practice course, postgraduate training, etc.): 10 points.
b) Knowledge of English (or other languages): 5 points
c) Experience in working as a nurse in the field of haematology and/or in clinical trial activities: 10 points
d) Degree of disability: (0-2 points).
Personal interview: (0-20 points).

Selection process

The selection process will be governed by the principles of publicity,equality,meritandcapacity,constitutingaselection body made up of representatives of the research groupandtheTechnicalManagementUnit oftheIBSAL.
The selection process will consist of two phases:
1. Phase of analysis and curricular evaluation of all the applications received, classifyingthemonthebasisofthebest adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the established profile andcompliancewiththerequirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest score in the Phasewillbecalled,providedthatthescore in Phase 1 exceeds half plus one. The Selection Board may proposethatthecallforapplicationsbedeclared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.
